ICQ issues (August 2010)
We have received a multitude of reports of people not being able to connect to ICQ. From what we have found out it seems the problem lies with the German Telekom.
If you are experiencing this issue, please be patient. We will provide an update when we know more.
Update: It looks like Telekom managed to resolve the issue before midnight (German time).

Auf keinen Fall den Proxy von return-0.de verwenden, wenn euch eure Logindaten lieb sind!

hab das Problem auch. Auch iChat klappt nicht. Auf dem ipad funktioniert es allerdings.

Wenn es ein Problem mit der Telekom ist, dann sollte es doch gar nicht auf den Client ankommen, sondern ausschließlich auf den Provider, eben die Telekom.
Adium kann also gar nichts dafür und es sollte mit anderen Programmen auch nicht funktionieren (zumindest nicht über den gleichen Internetanschluss).

Bin bei der Telekom. Adium kann sich bei mir nicht connecten. iCaht auch nicht. Ledeglich IM+ auf dem iPod touch funktioniert. Benutze ICQ nun über Jabber-Transport (manü++)

Meebo.com geht manchmal, iChat und Adium nicht, mit Palringo komme ich immer rein.
Ich weiß nicht, was das Problem ist, aber ‘ne schnelle Lösung wäre schön.

Meebo.com works most times, iChat and Adium won’t let me connect at all, Palringo worked fine, though.
I don’t know what the problem is, but a quick solution would be appreciated.

Weiß die TELECOM bescheid, hat da mal jemand angerufen?

Also bei mir (Telekom) ging es bis heute nicht! Nachdem ich gestern aber am iPad im WLAN getestet hab und Beejive dort verbindet wurde ich stutzig. Also jetzt: Kmbination aus aktuellste Adium-Version und Telekom funktioniert!

i am german, and i can send messages with icq.. and the contact recive it… but when someone sends a message to me, my adium is not able to recive it… i am running 1.4b18

ok now i have installed the last stable adium version 1.3.10…
with this version i am able to chat with my friends.
but my friends did not sea my status…
for my contacts it looks like i am offline, when i am online.
no i am not in invisible mode…
anyone has an idea?
