There are no changes to ICE necessary to support IPv6. Just as you
pass all your addresses on your ethernet, wireless, vpn, etc.
interfaces, you also pass your addresses on any ipv6 interfaces. If
the two can make an IPv6 connection, they use that.

ICE requires both sides to participate in the negotiation, and only
Jabber currently uses it. If you're looking to do Adium-only stuff,
you might want it in Adium, otherwise it doesn't make much sense out
of the context of Jingle.
