Sounds in Adium 1.0

Sounds in Adium 1.0 automatically route to your Alerts device, as specified by the Sounds System Preferences. If you’re not getting sound but should be, check the volume and setting there :)

    Please guys, what happened to the brazilian portuguese localisation in Adium? :( It was there until 1.0 version…

    Before the latest upgrade I was using some sounds that sounded like bubbles and water droplets. Now it no longer has those, and of course I can’t recall the name because it’s not in the current menu choices. Please put it back?

    Or am I missing something about sounds customizing? The previous version allowed me to pick each sound individually for each action. I’d like that back.

    I think you’re thinking of Aquatech, which you can get from inside the 0.89.1 app bundle. Right-click on the app, then choose Show Package Contents. Navigate to Contents/Resources/Sounds, and double-click on Aquatech.AdiumSoundSet.

    If you don’t still have 0.89.1 anymore, you can get it from the front page.

    I’ve download Adium for the first time and got some troubles with cyrillic: in some places cyrillic text looks like it has been converted to utf twice.
